wish you saw stuff like this now

I love Shannon and all, and I know this is her own skill, but she really shouldn’t have been credited for showing flight here, since she reallly didn’t.

You shut your mouth. I will not hear words against Shannon.

Gymnastics Skill Guide: The Wolf Jump

Event: Balance Beam and/or Floor Exercise
Skill Type: Dance Element; Jump
Skill Description: The gymnast takes off of two feet into a jump, bringing one leg (straight) up to meet the chest in a piked position and tucking the other (bent) leg tightly under. A good wolf jump requires the straight leg to be at least horizontal to receive credit, and should be as high and close to the chest as possible. The gymnast should never appear to drop her chest in order to meet her straight leg; rather, the leg should rise to meet the chest.
Skill Value: A on both FX and BB, although turning variations have higher values
Variations: Turning wolf jumps (wolf 1/1, wolf 3/2), hop wolf jumps (takes off of one leg rather than two, can also be upgraded to 1/1, 3/2, etc)
